Victoria has over 30 years of customer experience. As office manager, Victoria assists Mike and Jim in the opening of new accounts, keeps track of wire transfers and processes the paperwork associated with client accounts. If you have questions, Victoria can assist in getting them answered or assist in having the most qualified person answer your questions.
As office manager, Victoria carries out a range of administrative and IT-related tasks. Victoria is the coordinator of the work system and is responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling the clerical aspect of the organization, including the preparation, communication, coordination and storage of data to support production and other important operations of the firm.
